PRESENTATION

Dr. David Saceda Corralo is a dermatologist, expert in hair disorders, and hair transplant surgeon at the prestigious Hair Disorders Unit of Grupo de Pedro Jaén in Madrid.

He completed his dermatology residency at Ramón y Cajal University Hospital and further specialized in clinical trichology at the University of Miami Hospital in the United States. He is a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alcalá, defending the thesis that laid the foundations for clinical research in frontal fibrosing alopecia.

He holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Alcalá. His PhD project laid the groundwork for clinical research in frontal fibrosing alopecia.
Dr. Saceda is the Academic Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Trichology and Hair Transplantation, a program that has trained over 700 dermatologists from Spain, Latin America, and Europe since 2016. He is an active member of the #TricoHRC research group, coordinating clinical and translational studies on various types of alopecia. Since 2023, he has served as the elected coordinator of the Spanish Trichology Group. He is also a member of the European Hair Research Society.

He is an expert in hair disorders, with a particular focus on female alopecia, frontal fibrosing alopecia, and other autoimmune-related hair disorders. His surgical work is centered on reconstructive hair transplantation for female alopecia, frontal fibrosing alopecia, and male pattern hair loss.
